On May 16th of this year, Mike and I will celebrate 18 years of marriage. We are two oldest children and different in lots of ways. Needless to say we've had our mountain tops, but we've also experienced some deep valleys. I guess maybe our testimony could be summed up in this quote from John Piper's This Momentary Marriage:
"God gets the glory when two very different people and very imperfect people forge a life of faithfulness in the furnace of affliction by relying on Christ."
"We love because He first loved us."
